Wild Game Sorghum, a.k.a. Wildlife Milo is a short stature red sorghum used by deer, turkey and other birds. Because WGF is bitter when immature, birds and other animals will let it reach full maturity before heavy grazing begins. This sorghum reaches 2-4 feet in height.

• Drill 20 lbs per acre or broadcast 25 lbs at 1-1.5 inch depth on sandy to clay loam soils.  The pH should be between 5.5 and 7 pH.

• Fertilize with 300 lbs of 19-19-19

• Planting time is spring thru summer; it will mature in 60-70 days.
